Pat plans, supervises, and directs Foundation operations under the general direction of the board of directors utilizing the Carver Model of Board Governance. Previously, Pat served as the Executive Director and CEO of the ND Workers Compensation Bureau and practiced law in Fargo, ND. Pat has led the foundation since its inception in 2005.
Scott is an innovator in nonprofit fundraising who, through training and coaching, helps charities as they solve complex community challenges. He was the co-founder of Funding Logic where he created a framework for nonprofits of all sizes to catapult their fundraising. Through the Impact Institute, Scott has worked with hundreds of nonprofits to build and adapt this framework for long-term fundraising success. Scott is certified in Fundraising Management through the Indiana University School of Fundraising.
Veronica ensures nonprofits get the maximum benefits from their experience with the Impact Institute and works with clients to ensure our services are making a positive contribution to the success of their organization. As a former development director, she understands what it's like to walk in the shoes of those she serves. She is passionate about doing good, helping others do good, and making a difference. She holds a degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in English literature and women's studies. She joined the Foundation in 2017.
Tanner helps North Dakota small businesses navigate the complex process of becoming government vendors. He guides clients to the right registrations and certifications for selling their goods and services, and helps them understand government buying processes and procedures. Tanner was previously a procurement specialist. He joined the Foundation in 2013.
Jessica coordinates daily operations for Impact Institute, our coaching program and manages the overall flow of projects. She joined the Foundation in 2015.
